My husband & I purchased a home and sold the one we were living in.  We went with a Realtor that we didn't know because she sold the house down the street.  What a mistake!  Her concern was not my husband & I, but the commission that she would make off the sale of our house.  She was totally concerned about making her sale.  She eventually sold our house but the sale fell through directly as a result of this Realtor's  lack of professionalism.  Our contract expired and I knew the person that I could trust to help us.  I've known Vicki Pantano for several years and called her explaining our predicament.  I took a sigh of relief from the moment I signed the paperwork hiring Vicki as my Realtor.  I knew she wouldn't steer me wrong and would be totally honest about everything concerning this sale.  I could continue on about the professionalism that Vicki showed, how she contacted me almost every day to keep me abreast of the situation.  The ultimate was when we got two offers on our house!  We got the price that we needed and every detail was taken care of.  She was more concerned about our needs than making her commission.

Some people have a hard time paying the Realtor fee when they sell their house.  We didn't, knowing what Vicki did for us.  She didn't just sell our house, she sold our home,  the place we began our family.  She knew what our property was worth and sold it for its value.  If we ever move again I hope Vicki is still selling real estate because I don't know what we would have done without her help!
